- Find a Trusted Process Server
Trusted networks are great because the process servers are pre-screened, and you have someone to call outside of the server if there is an issue.ASAP Serve is a member of the Arizona Process Server Association, the National Process Server Association, the National Association of Professional Process Servers, and is also affiliated with Serve Now. - Verify License or Registration and Association Members
Not all states and counties require process servers to be licensed, so it’s important to check. Arizona does require registration and all ASAP Serve process servers are registered. - Ask if They Have an E&O Policy or Bond
Although not required in many states, some process servers are bonded and carry Errors and Omissions Insurance. In accordance with Arizona state law, all of our ASAP Serve process servers have at least a $15,000 surety bond. - Check Their Website
A company’s website can help to establish their legitimacy, and can give you more insight into the values of the people who will serve your papers. Check ours out www.asapserve.com. - Search for Internet Complaints
An internet search of the company’s name and ‘complaints’ can reveal a lot about their history and if they have any unsatisfied former clients. We our proud to have maintained high customer satisfaction. Check it out for yourself. We recommend searching for “ASAP Server Complaints” and see what you can find. - Ask for Recommendations
A trusted process server should have access to letters of recommendation and testimonials, which will give insight into their customer service. To read testimonials about ASAP Serve, please visit our testimonials page here. - Be Mindful of Price – You Get What You Pay For
